The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, social media, and online calendars. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creating original ads, social media posts, postcard graphics, etc.
- Organize and schedule appointments in agent calendars
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Create fun, upbeat social media posts to engage new potential clients
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Creatively explore new ways of marketing and implement them once approved
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order marketing supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists and database information
- Provide some personal assistant activities directly to Team Leader
- Provide general support to agents
- Maintain event calendar throughout the year for client events
- Maintain birthday calendar and send out cards for current and forever clients
- Make quarterly phone calls to database to invite them to our client events
- Providing support to our agents
- Assisting in daily office needs
- Managing our company’s general administrative activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google Ads a plus
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Marketing Assistant will be a plus
